I have a small dog, 1 year old, he loved the squicky noice but destroy the toy in less than a dayIt's goodThey are hearty and puppies won't destroy them in 2 hours. Many toys we have bought are destroyed in a couple hours literally so the tough and rough rubber chickens are great for our active puppy who puts his mouth on EVERYTHING that nots nailed down. like most everything else that is not made out of rubber, our puppy like the noise they make and the feel in his mouth I think 3 durable decent size rubber chickens for $12 was a deal.However she chewed them up within a week. So I would say they are better for smaller dogsMy dog loves these. Usually he destroys a squeek toy within a day. This is still working and he carries it everywhere. Soft and flexible. Not hard plastic. Love...Our Westie loves to play and with the duck and pig.When I first got these for my two dogs, they love them. My dogs are 4 yo doodles. However after playing with the toys all day, one of my dogs ripped the toy apart including a couple of small pieces off. I forgot to take pic of it but I am glad I caught it before my dogs swallowed the pieces! If your dog is a chomper, this toy is not recommended.Don’t count on them squeaking for long
