The kids have really enjoyed playing with this! The pieces are great quality and I would recommend this to anyone. My five year old loves building and engineering toys. He played with these for a couple days, but never since. There's nothing wrong with them, they just don't inspire the creativity that I expectedDo not buy this toy! The pieces join together very loosely so any do that movement while you are building another piece of your playground will make the entire thing fall apart completely (literally) and drive you mad. The joints need a tighter fit or a click lock to keep everything together. My kid does like playing with it but we end up rebuilding one card 20 times because it keeps falling apart. The only upside is that it doesn't seem to frustrate him as much as it does the adults and he stays interested in rebuilding it over and over again.I like the idea. It is hard for the children to put together.Children can learn a lot about problem solving and cause and effect by tinkering with STEM kits. I love this one and so does my five year old.She loves Legos but I wanted to add a little something new to her selections. Some of these pieces don’t mesh as easily as I would like. She has needed help with attaching some of the pieces. Other pieces don’t hold well and will frustrate her when building her playground. In a perfect world, the pieces would just work well together, but I also like that she has to figure out alternatives along the way. These kits are a little pricey especially considering the feel of the plastic. It doesn’t seem super durable long term or in rough hands. Again, this isn’t problematic for me because I like that it teaches patience and being careful with materials.I recommend for all little engineers! These were super cute. My kids were very eager and excited to design and build a playground! There were a lot of pieces to build what was on the cards or for them to build their own ideas. However, the pieces didn't fit together well, and the instructions were lacking. It was tricky for us to see exactly what we were supposed to be doing. Plus, the parts in the kit were different from the parts in the images. The slide didn't stay attached to the structure, and the pieces disconnected on their own.If your kid is one who likes to build Lego, but not play with what they've built, this might be a good kit for them. But if your child is like mine, and they want to play with the stuff they build, you might want to pass this kit up for some Lego or Magnetiles or Snap Circuits. This is a great toy for kids who love to put things together and build. It’s comes with large cards as the directions, front and back, with simple directions the kids can follow. The only thing is the pieces are interchangeable so you can’t build the whole playground at one time.worthy of the money. The pieces dont fit together properly (eg the tunnel slide doesnt work and the base for the roundabout wont lie flat) and some pieces crack easily. You cant make all the items on the main picture at the same time, that's not clear until you start building. When following the instructions it's not clear to children that they have to take apart what they've managed to create before moving onto the next part. There is no learning involved for children, just tears and frustration. We sent it back for a refund.Great idea, poor execution. The cheap plastic pieces don't fit together or hold together terribly well. The whole set needs a redesign. My 5 year old son likes to get the set out and play with it and create things, so it's not altogether a waste of money, but I'm not sure of its learning value. The card prompts are a good idea but it's not always clear from the images how the pieces are meant to fit together. The purple platform piece we have actually looks different from the one in the picture. Some elements from the instruction cards are not exactly the same as the real plastic pieces. Anchor points differ sometimes, and sometime are even completely impossible to interlock. That was maybe a good idea of toy, but poorly made in my opinion. The quality is low and it's difficult to build it for a child. I have tried by myself and it even hard for me to build it. And it's easy to loose.Looks fantastic can't wait to play with this it's a gift. Looks really good.
