This was my first Jada Toys Figure. I've known them for years for doing Die Cast Cars and such. But never upper end articulated action figures. But I saw they were now doing Street Fighter Figures. And in looking into them I discovered that they also had a line of Universal Monsters. And much to my delight these were in a proper 1/12 6" scale. Not NECA's cursed 7". So I bought this guy to see what they were like.Wow! I was not expecting this figure to be this good. For a $25 domestic figure he has great articulation. It's smooth but firm. ALmost reminds me of a Figma in how smooth it feels. Out of the box he needed no heating. Everything just moved fluidly without being loose. he has good range of mothin. He's not a Kung Fu Fighter. But he can hit any pose you want. Paintwork is excellent and well captures the look of the Creature. He has 2 heads. One open and one closed mouthed. He has an extra gripping/clawing/hanging hand. And a skeletalized hand. A really niice cloth net, much more solidly produced than most toy nets. And a combination speargun/underwater light. I'm a little confused about that last one as the divers use it to shoot at him, and he can't hold it in his big webbed hands. But I guess it makes GI Joe's Torpedo more movie accurate when dueling underwater with the creature. (Heck its a better spear gun than the floppy mess Torpedo comes with. Hasbro look and Learn!)I cannot recommend this guy enough. I'm now going to pick up Frankenstein and the Invisible Man.
