I bought this for my grandsons 1st birthday.It’s very heavy and he tries to pull it. I find it To be a hazard. He got his arm stuck in the side where the matching blocks are this weekend …. I am so upset, the spacing between the wood is too wide .Blocks is dangerous. I do not recommend this toyI would like a refund even though the return window of January 31st had closed. This toy should be taken off the market or improved.My grandson was traumatized and it caused injury to his forearm.This is a great toy and well made. Both of my children have played with it and enjoyed it. It's great for developing hand eye coordination, and for giving the parents a break without having to give your kid a phone.Ours is well made and flawless for 4+ years so far. Others have suggested theirs was broken and they had to "rip it away from my child on Christmas morning". Please spare the Dramatics - if the toy is age appropriate your kid doesn't even understand Christmas yet. And it would be a good idea to inspect anything you have delivered for damage during shipping BEFORE you gift it. But ours is really well made and has held up for 2 kids so far.While I did not test the paint for the presence of lead, as some have asked in questions, it is highly unlikely. That's why we have the consumer products safety commission. The paint did not chip on our cube as others have suggested.For the price, it's well made and creative. I highly recommend this toy. For your older baby or young toddler.Great product, very sturdy, but I took out 1 start because I'll be returning it. I bought this as birthday gift for my twins who just turned 2 but they seem to have very little interest in this cube. I think this is more suited for babies less than 2 years old.I loved this toy it was perfect for my twin toddlers!! They absolutely loved it. & even got here in time for christmas. Awesome.This activity table has far more options for children than other plastic ones I’ve seen on the market. There’s something to do on every side and the top, so my almost one year old has been enjoying it for a few months now. She isn’t able to use one side yet. You have to guide a wooden piece up a track. She’s just not quite there with her fine motor skills, but she will be able to use that part later and she has plenty to do with the other activities.Please be aware that this item can be tipped over by your child. My child actually purposefully grabs it and puts it on it’s side. It’s actually not a big deal. Although it is a sturdy toy, she’s tipped it over on her leg with no complaints. I just want other parents to be aware that it would be a good idea to make sure your child has progressed far enough to fall down on their butt when they lose their balance. If your child has reached that milestone, then it should be fine.Overall, I recommend this purchase over the plastic lights/sounds activity tables.Gift for my grandson who love it. Got it for him for Christmas present 2020 he was 7 months. Didn’t start playing with it until 10 months and as of today 09/21/2021 he is 16 months he still enjoys it and the quality is amazing. Educational and fun for little ones.I bought this for my son when he was 8 months old, and now at 10 months old, it is still his favorite toy. My son really enjoys the different activities surrounding the box, and particularly enjoys pulling himself up by grabbing the "wires" on the top of the box (while I hold the toy down because it tips over when he pulls himself up). This is an entertaining toy that allows me to teach/talk to my son about colors, the alphabets, vehicles, animals, shapes, etc. The reason I took down a star is because I don't feel comfortable leaving my son alone with this toy at his age - it tips over when he stands/pulls himself up sometimes, and I am also afraid that he may one day get hurt by falling onto the edges of the box. Bear in mind, however, that my son is currently under the suggested age for this toy. Another slight issue I have is that one of the four doors on this toy was badly chipped when we received this. Nevertheless, this chip hasn't bothered my son or caused any issue yet. Overall, we are very happy and fond of this toy.We bought this for my 9 month old. It was a Christmas gift. She was too young for it at 9 months and didn't seem to enjoy it at that age. She is now 12 months old and plays with it a lot more.Pros: tons of great activities for a 12 month old to play with. she really enjoys it. short enough that she can play with it sitting down, but also tall enough that she can stand next to it and play with it. All of the parts are easy for her to twist and turn- very functional. there are no sharp edges, either.Cons: Its a little top heavy, so when she was learning to pull up to stand, she would try to pull up on it and it would topple over.
