Curious to know what really goes on in the public schools, I picked up a copy of Teachers Under Siege by Yvonne Singleton Davis, and have to say, it is definitely "a must read." I had absolutely no idea what teachers go through on a daily basis. It's unbelievable! If you have children in the public school system, you "must read" this book; and if you know of a teacher in the public school system, give them a copy of this book as a gift. It is a true eye-opener, and helps one realize that teachers deserve much more respect and money. Wow, thank goodness I'm not a teacher! This book will blow you completely away!
