I got the duck, and it's adorable, but there aren't many places to put treats to snuffle. If you put them in the tiny ducks it's hard to get them out and my dogs just tend to tear apart the fabric. It's a cute toy, I'm just not sure it's effective for snuffling. This snuffle toy is great for preoccupying your pup. She goes crazy for it. Only 4 stars because not very durable. Our puppy doesn’t destroy plush toys but easily ripped apart the leaves on the pineapple. Not for a heavy chewer/destroyer of plush toys! Definitely supervise your dog with this toy.I think that this toy wasn't fit for my dog who's an aggressive chewer. I tired it once with her and she couldn't find the treats, but she wanted to tear it up. I'll probably try it out again when she's older. We love this! Great value!!! I ordered the lobster for my less destructive dog and she loves it! Many places to tuck treats, soft and pretty durable for her (14lbs). Ordered the turtle for my puppy and he loves it too! More places to hide treats in the turtle than lobster. The turtle size and design is perfect to carry around without dropping treats. The little holes on turtle’s paws are beginning to rip but that’s expected as the material feels like thin fleece.. but for the great price we’ll just replace it!Although my 15 pound puppy loves it she shredded the red part and pulled out a few of the yellow fries. Sadly it won’t last more than a few of uses.If your dog likes puzzles and snuffle toys, this is a great one! my pup loves puzzles, but there gets to a point where I just don't have time to prepare homemade toys to shred and you can only go through the same puzzles so many times, this was one she loves to throw around and tackle the treats for! entertaining to watch, so its really fun for the whole family! My Greyhounds love this! I can’t put the treats too far down though, their noses are too long? They wash nice, lay out to dry.Overall, it's a well made interactive toy. My year old Alaskan Malamute seems to like it. My only complaint is that the "pockets" behind each flap are super shallow so a lot of times the kibble or treats don't stay put or he gets them out too easily. It might work better for a small dog or puppy whose kibble is on the smaller side. The other pockets on the sides work better for my needs. He enjoys it regardless so that's what matters!I really wanted this to work, but the cheap thin felt material wouldn't allow that to happen. The design is very appealing and functional, but when it comes to dog toys, durabilty comes first. The pockets that hold food/treats worked great, but to get them, the dog uses their teeth and claws to dig them out. The thin felt material just isn't built for that. In fact it's probably the worst material to use for a dog toy. I let my dog have it for all of 5 minutes, when I noticed pieces of felt torn off. Some pieces were missing, so I can only assume she ingested the pieces of felt she tore off. Unless your dog is extremely gentle, I would not recommend this.I ordered for my teacup 3lb Yorkie and she just loves it.I ordered a second one so I could leave one at my mothers when we visit she loves it so much. Its one of the toys that keeps her busy for a long period of time so I love it as well.My Bernese x sheltie is obsessed with these. We started with the Peas one early this year and we both fell in love, it's a great puzzle for him, lasts him about 10 minutes and gives me some time to work. For his birthday last week I bought him the Pineapple and the French Fries. He's about the size of a lab so he has a bit of trouble getting everything out of the fries (they fall to the bottom easily) but he loves the pineapple and still loves the peas.Haven't had to wash the new ones yet but the peas are so easy to wash.Note: he is NOT an aggressive chewer(ruined only 1 plush toy in his life) parts of the pineapple and the peas would be rippable if your pup is a tough chewerWe started calling this thing The Sacred Pea because our dog now loves it more than anything else lol. Highly recommend. She looks like a lion with her kill when she sits there getting every last crumb out of the pockets. Each pea can come out to be played with like a ball too. She’s a Jack Russel so it’s a good size for her, and she is always very gentle with toys so I can’t attest to the durability for a chewer but it’s perfect for her. This is a good little treat hunting toy for my dogs. They don't seem to like to play with it other than get the treats from the treat pockets though. The egg got dirty really quickly and broke off on the first day (small adult dog). The quality of the toy seems fine, but the cup was a bit disappointing - it's velvet and seems cheaply made, sad that it came without the cup noodle packaging print on the outside like in the pictures. The noodles tangle really easily which isn't a problem since the dogs don't play with it much, but yeah it's really hard to de-knot/untangle them. This toy is perfect in concept, but the execution and use/fun scores a bit low.
