WORKS FINEThe little pigtail they send with the fire just wasn't cutting it so got this so I could get it really further from the TV so it would stop with all the rotating buffering thing. Since I got it and put the fire a couple of feet up and out from the TV the buffering has almost stopped...THANKFULLY, thought my hubby was going to have a coronary from all the buffering. We have shared internet so we have no control over the modem/router so router extenders wouldn't/didn't work. This works great. They should offer this as an add on when you get the fireTV, this is my 3rd fireTV and all I got was the little 6" pigtail, a waste of time and effort.Arrived in time. Appears to be good quality. Perfect solution.This is an essential piece of kit for your firestick.. the reason being is that it gives you the distance from the TV to help with keeping the firestick temperature down as both the TV and firestick give off heat which impacts the performance, the distance from the TV can aid in wifi connection if your in a weak signal area the cable gives you some ability to move the device around a little bit to find a better signal the longer the lead the more options you get with that.. so if it was a meter long it would be more beneficial in my opinion.in relation to 4k content this worked fine on my 4k TV good picture quality.overall a good enough quality product.. just a bit longer would be 5 star.These arrived and there too loose. My firestick is intermittent weather it works or not. I've had to bend the leads over and tape it, to keep in place.Unless you know what your doing. You certainly will be wasting your money.Really poor qualityIt doesn't mean I've got to chamber around the back of the tv to change devices GREAT EXTENSION LEAD would recommend seller to anyone THANKSGood screws as long as you do not go over the top screwing them in because they will snap.Moved the firestick to a better location for WiFi signal works perfect.
