I’ve got and aggressive chewer a 11/2 old Goldendoodle medium. He hasn’t been able to destroy the toy like he has with other dog toys. One of the few toys that has lasted more than a day without damage. It's still in great condition after weeks of play. Durable even with my constant chewer.Durable and sturdy, but for some reason my dog doesn't use it as much as I thought it would.I must really have a chewer. This had a chunk out of it in no time. It does seem sturdy, but I can’t say it worked for my aggressive chewer. It’s great except much too heavy for my 17 lb. dog ?So far there have been no complaints about this donut. It is actually a great toy for fetch because it's kind of a solid, heavy rubber and it bounces in unexpected patterns making for a bit more of a challenge than a ball. It is probably a little small for a human to play tug with a dog--I like my fingers where they are, thanks-- but two dogs can play with this together. The heavy material it's made from has so far guaranteed it still looks brand new and does not have any chunks missing. If you have read any of my other reviews, you will know the Barker Brothers (2 x 90 pound GSD puppies) can very quickly sniff out and destroy a toy that is not durable. This one has passed their product research with flying colors! This is one of those toys that is more rubbery than hard plastic which our adopted stray Border Collie GSD loves to play with and has yet to be able to destroy! The hard plastic chew toys he just shreds in a short amount of time, but this is a toy that he gets that satisfying chomping without it breaking or shredding or showing a ton of wear and tear. He loves his antler bones to chew on, but he also loves that he can flip these around and throw them. This fits around on the top of the snout/muzzle while in his mouth which he seems to enjoy when he is being especially silly! All in all, this toy has been great for us and I see it being around for many years to come. This has 100% dog ap-paw-val in our house! I hope this review was helpful and thank you for reading! So far they haven't done damage to it. Mostly my bulldog mix loves to play fetch with it. It is a popular toy in the house. Is pretty good weight and very solid.
