Gifted to my 2 yr old grandson and it is a popular choice amongst many toy options. Great quality, size of pieces is perfect, very colorful and realistic for pretend play. Just a good product all around and I highly recommend. Our family is amused that my grandson has become seriously attached to the burger pattie!Granddaughter loves itMy son was so excited to receive this set as a gift because he loves making pretend sandwiches. However, our set was missing one of the two salamis (I think it had an extra lettuce instead) and he's really disappointed by this. We have a ton of lettuces and he was really excited to have some meats and cheeses for sandwich making. These are nice but very small.I have purchased more than one set of Learning Resource play food and have not been disappointed yet. The food is made of a very durable plastic, and has some weight to it. This is not the cheap-quality stuff that will get non-removable dimples when you squeeze it, or when it gets accidentally stepped on. This is high-quality, dense plastic that will last forever. Some of it is so realistic-looking, I've had to pick it up off the floor and inspect it to make sure it isn't the real thing. I will definitely be a repeat buyer of Learning Resource play food in the future.The Learning Resources play food is top notch when it comes to quality. The coloring is amazing, the detail is realistic, and I know it will last. The only reason I took 1 star off is because the bread is way tinier than I was expecting. Like, these could be sliders. My kids love them but I was hoping it would be a little more realistically sized.my niece loved this for her 2nd birthdayIf your child likes to be creative then this set is PERFECT.Our 4 year old Daughter absolutely loved it right out of the box and has been making us 'meals' ever since.
