Young ones will be thrilled with the discovery of a ferocious shark inside the hatch egg! Begin by removing the outer packaging and inner plastic case. Place the egg in water, making sure it is fully submerged. Leave the egg as is and during the next 24 – 48 hours (about 2 days), the egg will start to “hatch.” After around 72 hours (about 3 days), a swift shark will have hatched and grown out of the egg! Waiting for the egg to fully hatch and the shark to grow reminds children to have patience. By allowing children to submerge the hatch egg in water themselves, they will also understand responsibility by monitoring and maintaining the water level and taking care of their new friend. In addition, each hatch egg is individually packaged and can be shared easily, given as a gift, or hidden at birthday parties for tons of fun!
