This was hard to hit buy now as I am a die hard lego fan only.But I gave it a shot.Lets start with customer service.Absolutely perfect.They were quick to respond with answering my questions in a detailed way.Second was how is the quality?Numerous videos on reviews and how they fit compared to lego.I was on the edge...literally flipped a coin.But I needed something more challenging and different that lego doesn't have so here is your answer...DO NOT WORRY ABOUT QUALITY!The pieces fit and snap together like you want it to...period!The color is good...is it as shiny as lego?...no,but dam close!Box arrived in 9 days from purchasing.The box is pretty heavy for plastic.20 -25 pounds.All pieces were in perfect packing bags with stickers and motors packaged to protect.And yes there is a Qr code in there as well...Will I buy again?Absolutely Definitely happy with my purchase,as these big sets are to expensive to take a chance when you want perfection and quality!Don't feed to much into the bad reviews.It will be worth it!Manual wouldn’t download!!!no way to contact sellerStill building because it is difficult to build: This is the first time a lego product doesn't follow the bags numbers so you have to find each piece in multiple bags. You need to cut the rope to cm measurements and the 4-joints pieces you have yo assembly yourself.
