Good for a 10wk old early tether as long as you hold it for them.This is a great toy. Got it for my baby as a chew toy but the mouth part is a bit too big for his mouth. He does however love holding it and uses it more as a rattle.This helps relieve his teething.I bought this for my grandson because he's teething. He absolutely loves it. It's easy for him to hold on to. The only thing is is he bobbed down on it and it hit him in the roof of his mouth. So that's the only thing that I can find that's wrong with itMy 4 month old likes this toy, easy for her to holdBigger than I thought, water and saliva do get inside where the rattle is.The instructions say to boil for 2-3 minutes to sterilize. It's been 2 days since I boiled it and there is still moisture trapped inside it. It's a cute teether, but I worry it's going to mold.The design of the teether allows it to go to far into the baby’s mouth and gags him.
