My one dis about this Michonne deluxe figure from McFarlane Toys is that it doesn't actually stand at 10 inches, more at 8 3/4 inches. Other than that bit of false advertising, this figure is perfect. It comes with a replica of Michonne's katana and its sheath and a black circular base to prop her right foot on so she doesn't keel over, as well as an alternate set of arms for a different pose. Seeing as how they took a comprehensive 3D scan of Danai Gurira, don't be surprised at the breadth of detail worked in. This looks exactly like her! And, as far as poses go, they don't come more action-oriented than this. Highly friggin' recommended, along with These are by far the most amazing figures that have been released. I have the 5inch and 7inch line as well. These have superior quality details and are perfectly priced. I hope they continue to release these and perhaps make a Negan, Aaron, Carl, Maggie, Sasha, Morgan, Carol etc. Etc. Etc. In my opinion, The whole team family should be released. Of course i appreciate getting the main 4 fan favs, but if anyone else is like me, then just know some of us collector junkies would like to make a sort of cosplay scenes on a shelf with them. They are too amazing NOT to continue to make new models. Yeah the vigilante versions are cool, but we want more characters, not the same ones only slightly different. Keep up the good work McFarlane and listen to your fans.Bottom line: this is a pretty great figure. The likeness is pretty spot on, and the detailing is great. This looks fantastic next to my 10 inch Rick and Daryl. Main complaints are that even with the stand it comes with, it isn't the most stable. This worries me because my stand less Daryl ended up falling off the shelf, breaking the crossbow he came with. Nothing superglue couldn't fix but still disappointing, especially considering the kitana included could easily suffer the same fate. Here's hoping for a badas Abraham or Carol figure next.This particular product was made well I was very satisfied with it, I love all the walking Dead models.Looking at the pictures, I was really excited. The level of detail and especially muscularity looked insane.When I received it though, I was disappointed. These are definitely Photoshopped in the pictures. There are seams molded in- one runs right over the arm. I've attached a pic to show what I mean (I should have took more, but since I was returning her, I didn't want to open it up).Other than those mold-seams and some gap with the arms (you can change arms to put her in different poses), she's worth the cost.Just know the promo pics are edited. Still a cool piece for people who like the show, just wasn't the quality I thought based on the pics.McFarlane Toys came through again! I haven't messed around with her ankle joints enough to figure out how to keep her standing without the small round piece (I was able to get Glenn to balance on his own) but I'm completely satisfied with her paint job and details. Having her, Glenn, Rick, and Daryl all together who happen to be my favorite characters brings me joy! They're great to have between seasons for big fans!WOW! Out of the three released for this line, the Michonne figure is far superior to Rick and Daryl. The pose is killer and the detail/paint is just as good as she's pictured in the item description. Maybe McFarlane underestimated the popularity of the line and that's why she seems vastly improved over the first two. At any rate, I got mine for about a third of the original release price. It pays to be patient and wait because these always drop into the $20's after a couple of months.My daughter wanted the fabric versions of The Walking Dead characters. Not worth it for $20. For a little bit more, I bought these realistic Michonne, Daryl and Rick versions that use 3-D scanning to really show the detail of these characters. While trying to place a weapon in their hands can be a bit frustrating (simply place them in warm water to make them more pliable), these figures are worth the price and make for tremendous display pieces.Beautiful display figure nicely detailed and painted, the likeness to Danai Guerra who plays Michonne is uncanny.Take care when switching poses as the sword is quite tricky to insert the hilt through the hands, as the sword is quite bendy and fragile. The figure is quite difficult to stand freely, it comes with a disc base for stability, take care inserting the base into the foot as the base peg snapped for me. I had to adjust the feet to get the correct balance for the figure to stand freely. Displays quite impressively alongside my Daryl deluxe figure.I was really excited to receive michonne but I am slightly dissapointed. Michonne herself does look very good but she does not stand up alone. The stand that comes with her does not fit into her shoe properly so is near to pointless. The only way I could put her up was by wedging her in between to items otherwise she keeps falling.Item arrived super quick well done Amazon, As regards this figure what can i say its superb the likeness is spot on, Be careful tho when positioning her Katana it can prove a bit tricky also her stand can prove a bit unstable but having said that it's no biggy, McFarlane have excelled themselves with this 10 inch series I've ordered Rick to go with Michonne and i shall be ordering Daryl soon all in all I'm very happy with this purchase 10/10Beautiful model. Detail is outstanding. Love it. Any walking dead fans out there I recommend this.The detail is what I can only say is stunning! Bought as a gift and did not regret. This is a must, it's beautifully detailed, pictures do not do it justice.
