we have 2 young (year and a half-ish) pommie pups.. one in particular is too smart for her own good and had been getting into all sorts of things she shouldn't.. so we got these and a few other puzzle type toys... they LOVE these... the red one is the current favorite, but they are having so much fun, it is keeping them busy and out of trouble.. they love it, we love it.. only complaint would be with the blue meshy ball.. they managed to tear that one within the first day.. so that one doesn't seem to hold up well, but, so far, the others are great. we are planning on ordering more of this type of toys for them.. (they also really like the lick mats and the 'egg' shaped dispenser one...Our new 12lb, 10 month old terrier puppy LOVES the green ball. She likes the light blue & white one too, but wants to chew it. The blue one lasted 2 miuntes, she ripped it apart. The red one is ok, but she's tearing into the holes. My dogs love hear toys! However the teal and blue one did break easily. The others are still in great condition! My 2 dogs are chewers and after 5 uses each, the balls are still in tact. I'm impressed. The balls also keep them occupied for at least 5 minutes (green ball). My dogs are pretty good at getting the food out of the green ball. The other balls take much longer.I originally purchased these for my smart puppy bcus we wanted to stimulate his mind more. My older dog who is also pretty smart ended up enjoying them more which was strange bcus she's so LAZY but the toys stimulated her SO MUCH. LOVED them!My dog is very picky, we bought these hoping they would keep her busy during the day so she would stop chewing on her hotspot. So happy we found something she loves to keep her busy and that will last forever.Well, the only one my dog was interested in he tore apart in 5 mins. I put treats in the others and it got him intrigued for a bit... but he is the most food motivated dog I have ever met and he left some treats in all but the red ball. He liked that one, but it was barely a puzzle. We purchased these to feed our terrier from and they are great! Provide plenty of mental stimulation which is what we were after
