I wish the handle bars were higher. My child doesn't like to use them because they are low. Otherwise great quality and clear assembly directions.Overall satisfied, but the handlebar assembly seems a little bit too loose.My twin two year old granddaughters loved their new trikes!!!So easy to assemble. Took me 5 minutes once I realized the directions were actually on the box itself. So far it's held up and it hasn't scratched our laminate floors.Not happy with it. Much smaller than expected. Back wheels loose and either screw is not tight or suppose to be that way and child could catch fingers in it. For my great grandson who turned one year. Did not give to him in the end went to town and bought a different Trike bike. I expected it to be more like the Fisher Price Trike Bike. Very disappointed in it.Quick delivery, well packaged, easy to put together and a perfect size for my one year old grand daughter. Brought back memories of the one my children had over 40yrs ago.My little Grandson loves this trike! I can't say enough about this!Very nice for my 1 year old grandson. Easy to assemble.Love this little trike, first got one 40 years ago when my first son was 1. We wore it out after 3 boys used it, even big boys used it as a skateboard! So got another one for baby No. 4! This is now the third trike I have bought for grandchildren and I still love them just as much .... you'll get years of fun from it, can't recommend it enough!I pre read the reviews and half expected that some things may need adjusting. The dowel that connects the front wheels to the body of the trike and the steering needed adjusting. Firstly the steering handle was sitting 5mm higher over the seat of the trike, so making it very loose. So I trimmed 5mm of the dowel. This helped as, one of the fixing holes for steering to the dowel had a broken screw in it!. The hole needed to be realigned also, as if you used this hole to connect the steering, it would mean the steering handle would not have been true to the wheels. So after 30 minutes or so of measuring, cutting and drilling, hey presto a lovely brilliant trike. Galt need to get some proper jigs set up - this is easy peasy stuff!This has great reviews, which is why I bought it. I do find that the screws which hold the steering together loosen very quickly and there is a lot of play in the steering in general. I appreciate it's only a child's wooden sit on trike but I've had to cut the steering pole down and glue it both ends to make it work as it should. It's quite good now it's been modified.This Trike is still going strong. We are onto our fourth grandchild enjoying it and our eldest is now 14 yrs old!!It is kept for occasional use and has been enjoyed by all of them.The item was purchased as a gift for a toddler but when the family opened the gift it was faulty and not fit for purpose.A piece from one of the end of the metal which holds the back wheels together is missing, as if never welded on therefore the bike is not fit for purpose as the back wheels cant be put together
