Bought for my 4 yr old for Christmas. He loved the remote controlled crane for about 15 minutes before the crane line snapped in half and broke. My husband was able to fix it but very light and fragile pieces involved.I very impressed with this toy... a lot of value for the money. I opened the box to review the assembly instructions before Christmas morning, and took advantage of that opportunity to affix the stickers. A little disappointed when I realized the operator figure is not included. We also found that our rechargeable batteries would not work, although non-rechargeables worked fine. (The positive terminal on the rechargeables we use is just a little - very, very little - shorter than on Duracells and Energizers, and just-a-little-too-think plastic tabs in the battery compartment prevented good contact. Go figure!) Otherwise, no problems. Wish the wired remote attached to the lower structure rather than to the control cab, or that the wire was longer, but it wasn't really a problem. We used fifty cents or so in pennies in a ziploc bag as the counterweight - worked great. I also trimmed just a little bit off the "hook" to make it easier for grandson to attach lifting loads. He loves it, and continues to play with it. It's a hoot to hear him grunting and groaning "trying" to lift a little cardboard box - which probably weighs less than an ounce: "Uh, uh, it's so heavy... need to use the crane." He also uses it to load his stuff animal friends from the PLAYMOBIL dump truck into a train, run them around the track a few times, and then off-load them back into the truck. This is a terrific toy, well worth the $25 I paid (with Prime shipping).Christmas gift for grandson, he loves it!!This think takes a little time to assemble, and it isn't very strong (motor or structure), but it is giant and my son plays with it for long periods of time. Everyone that sees it wants to try it out, and even if they get over it quickly when they realize it isn't able to lift anything over a pound it always produces a smile when they lift something, swing the boom around and set is down several feet away.I gotta say my child loooooved this toy and it’s the only thing that has broken or been donated etc that he has remembered and asked for even months afterwards! (And I went Marie kondo on our entire playroom this year).That being said I would NOT buy it because it is just so cheap but chances are your kid will love it. It won’t withstand being played with, we fixed it as many times as we could until it couldn’t be fixed anymore. Every kid who came over to our house was enamored with it, I wish it was better quality.The concept/size is amazing but a pain to assemble, the attachment pieces do not stay together and the thing is ultimately of paper thin cheap plastic and will likely break in a month of use. My hubby is super handy and we managed to get about 5-6 months out of it from constantly repairing but it is really a pain.The only thing I didn't like was that the claw doesn't open to grab things.Great product just as describedThis is a very nice toy. It lifts just about any little toy car my son has. It comes with 2 options you can use to lift with. The clamp is what we use most of the time. The other is like a little platform you can put cars on, however I wish it was designed in a way that the cars dont fall off so easily. Another thing i wish they would’ve done was to include a counter weight. We had to find something to use as a counterweight ourselves. Have had it for over 3 months and have not replaced the batteries yet so that's awesome! My son has played with this for hours and it is a lot of fun.Preis Leistung top!Stabil, leicht, schön, groß, Playmobilfiguren passen perfekt in die Kranführerkanzel :-) und Kupplungen verhindern eine MotorüberlastungAber zwei wichtige Hinweise:1.Batteriefach:Für jede der 3 Kranfunktionen sind 2 AA Batterien zuständig. Wenn also wie so oft hier bemängelt eine Funktion ausfällt, sind entweder die Pole der Batterien (bei mir die Ansbach 2850mAh Akkus von Amazon) fast zu flach bzw die Batterien zu dick und verklemmen im Batteriefach so unglücklich, dass die +Pole den Kontakt nicht berühren. Also mit nem kleinen Schraubendreher die Minuspolfeder im Fach unterstützen und die Batterie leicht zum +Kontakt hebeln. Oder ein Batteriepaar ist zu schwach. War überrascht dass 6 Batterien eingelegt werden müssen und hab zum ersten ausprobieren alle möglichen Batterien aus Fernbedienungen zusammen gesammelt und es waren schlicht zu schwache dabei. Dann geht auch mal nur eine Richtung einer Funktion. Ich war kurz davor den Kran als defekt zurück zu schicken!2.AufbauBaut den Kran vorher zusammen, das dauert einfach 30min, und testet ihn, sonst sind eure Kids maßlos enttäuscht!5 Sterne!I cant even begin to tell you how much I love this toy! Similar products are soooo expensive compared to this one. I bought it for my son's 4th birthday last week. The crane claw goes up and down, back and forth and the arm rotates. There is also an alternative little platform that can be used instead of the claw. It looks striking and is taller than my son which makes it a really bold, lovely toy! If you have a child who is into knocking things over, it wont be suitable as it will fall over with a good push. This doesn't mean it falls over easily as we all know little kids are strong and like things to crash! My sons autistic and hyper all the time and he manages not to push it over so most 3-4 year olds plus will be fine. Theres space for a little figure to sit in the drivers seat (I didn't get a figure with it as the picture suggests) and theres also a little counter balance box the other end of the arm and a platform. Its just a lovely lovely toy and my son adores it. If you have like JCB digger toys or a duplo farm set or similar you can do some lovely play. Im rather delighted with it and Ive already convinced a mum friend to get it for her son's 4th in a few months! :)The picture makes it look like the grabber is remote controlled, it is not!The grabber has to be opened manually by prizing it open with fingers.The whole point of this toy is having a remote control grabber, the picture is completely misleading. A waste of money. Then it stopped working after 2 weeksAnsich tolles Spielzeug. Da die vor/zurück Funktion nicht ging und ich meinem Sohn nicht sein tollstes Geburtstagsspielzeug weg nehmen wollte (zwecks Gewährleistung) versprach ich ihm kurzerhand am Wochenende mal zu schauen. Die Fernbedienung lässt sich nur mit Gewalt und Zerstörung öffnen. Fehler lag jedoch an einer Verbindung von einem der Motoren und nicht in der Fernbedienung. Es fehlte einfach ein wenig Lötzinn. Ich gehe bei so einem Fehler von schlechter Fertigung sowie fehlender Qualitätskontrolle aus - Schade, die Marke hat mich an meine Kindheit erinnert.Für Bastler / Interessierte habe ich ein Bild angehangen, es handelt sich um die Verbindung am weißen Kabel vom Board zum Motor.Good quality and easy to assembled.
