The bottom is just fish net leggings with a whole in bottom of both feet. must i mention that it is 3 sizes to small and im a small didnt come past my knee. and there is no type of wholes on size like picture smh!!!Absolutely perfectI bought these for my wife and holy smokes is she hot as heck in them.Love these.
