I am 45 and on day 17 using a 30 day supply and I decided to stop using this product. Cannot really say that its doing anything yet but I also know that you need to take any supplements for at least 30 days before you can expect anything, however I am also using Violet I2 (Iodene) for tender breast for about 8 months now (like millions of women I am experiencing +- a week prior to my period - by the way is a magic pill and works!!). I've noticed by taking Provestra my breast are tender and very painful again - only 4 days till my period. Something that I have not had in months (since taking Violet) - so my conclusion is that the Provestra might be interfering with the Violet Iodene causing this issue to reappear. For this reason I have stopped taking Provestra (rather have low libido than painful breasts) as this is the only change I've made to my diet/supplement intake. I also do not like the smell and taste of it, but was willing to endure it if it helped. Provestra can/might work for some women but for me it's just not worth the painful and tender breasts. So until I've figured it out, I will be testing other products to boost my libido.I could not tell any difference at all in using this supplement. It has an awful coating on the outside that makes using the pill very difficult!Real iffy on this im on day 5 and not noticing any difference. Tried horny goat weed at half the price and noticed a difference half way through the first day. Im hoping that this maybe a once its in your system for awhile you start to notice but so far not so great. If it does change ill definitely change my review.I have only been taking them for a little while. Sometimes it takes a month or two. I will repost in a couple of months.Seemed to help when i first started taking it. Seems my body got used to it & not so much now. Im gonna order another box today.It smells beyond terribl, and not sure its effective, but used for PMS and worked well for that.Made me super wet while having sex at first. As time goes on and I kept taking the pill I notice it starts to work less. While being on it, I feel like my boobs were sored constantly. It works but it wears off after a while.I had high hopes for this but it didn't work as well as I'd hoped.
