The pegs are not put in the peg holes, the peg holes are too big for the pegs and the Item is smaller than expected.These blocks have a variety of shapes and colors. The colors are vibrant and the wood is smooth. There is no paint chipping or wood dust or unsanded areas. I got this kit for my three year and one year old. The pieces are pretty small, a little smaller than the size of a tea light. There’s a ledge to display the cards which are similar to card stock. There are instructions for some games but these cam be used to identify colors, shapes, stacking and counting. I like this kit for all the variety of ways it can be used for play.I like the various options for using the shapes and colors but there weren't clear directions for use. Maybe if I read Chinese it would have been clearer. Also, the templates for each exercise were so small that my 3 and 4 year old grandchildren just wants to play with them. They get lost easily and out of order and the writing is so small that it is difficult to get them straightened out.The picture is very deceiving. I thought it'd be slightly bigger but it was so small. The pieces are maybe a little bigger than the size of a quarter.WOHAIXO’s Montessori Toy is great for your little ones. My granddaughter is 2 so she loves to identify colors and stack with this set.I saw it listed and ordered it without looking at the suggested play age. I was worried it might be too advanced for her. I was unnecessarily worried.She is able to enjoy the toy at her own speed. My granddaughter doesn’t (yet) put toys in her mouth. I was a little worried about the size. But, like another reviewer stated, they’re about the size of a tea light. Maybe a little smaller.We’ve enjoyed learning and playing at the same time. She has so many dolls that this is a welcome change.This toy was super engaging for my little one! Would recommend to anyone!
