I’ve ordered these balls countless times because they’re the only ball my dog seemed to enjoy the most. She goes through other balls so quickly and they end up in pieces. This ball is very durable and handles my dog dropping it in the pool countless times and even handles being sunbaked very well. It doesn’t ruin the material and become brittle like other balls. For added fun I tend to put treats inside of it to keep her mind stimulated. She has a blast trying to get the treats out. Afterwards over very easy to clean up. As long as she keeps losing these balls I’ll keep buying more to replace them.My Marley will not play with it, it's to heavy an I think hurts her teeth when then she trys to play an catch it buyer beware your dog's not a bitch like mine lolI have a 16 month old Doberman and he LOVES this ball! Even before I put treats in it! My dog is a big chewer but is very picky with his toys. Normally he will only chew toys that resemble a stick, he has never been big on ball-type toys. The Pelay dog ball though is a game changer!! The teeth in the ball make it easy for my dog to both chew and carry the toy around, which is perfect because now he is enjoying playing “fetch” for the first time EVER with this toy!! And when I can’t throw the ball around, I just put some of his food in it and it keeps him happy and occupied for a good amount of time! Now, with that being said, I’ve had the ball about a week and there’s already a few, very small pieces that have been chewed off so I don’t think this ball will last more than a month... but for the price (about $5 per ball), it’s AMAZING this ball can last a whole month with my dog! We love it, we recommend it, and we will definitely be buying more in the future (:*Update December 2020*I purchased a second set of these balls, 3 years after my initial purchase. This time I purchased them as a gift for someone else's dog. These new balls do have the word "Pelay" printed on the rubber, unlike the first set. In my opinion they look better without it and I'm not a fan of the change. I purchased from the same seller as before. And in my initial review I mentioned the balls arriving with mint fragrance, these arrived with a nasty cheap rubber smell. I washed them with some soap and water and they smell okay now. I see that the price has fluctuated through the years with these but I ended up paying the same amount again as in my first order, $11.99 which I think is okay for the price but it seems the production quality may be headed in the wrong direction. Updated my rating from 5 stars to 3.Original review below -Price I paid - $11.99My dog loves these. I don't put treats in them but he enjoys it plenty without treats. He will destroy any stuffed toys you give him, so we're limited to rubber toys. I keep the green ball outside, and the blue inside. It's been outside for 2 months now and is still holding up fine. The balls arrived with a mint scent, that's long dissipated by now, only the rubber smell remains which is fine by me. My dog is medium sized and doesn't have a problem chewing on the toys. He likes to fetch them. I wouldn't recommend it for smaller breeds unless they come out with a smaller version. My dogs absolutely love these. As soon as I pick it up to fill with goodies, they are all over me. Jumping and barking. They love them. I fill them when I have to leave for a while so they will have them as a treat.I loved these but my dog did not. However she is not much of a ball type of dog. She would rather me throw her rawhide bones like they are a ball. I have no idea where she got this from. However, these balls are very good for those of you that are looking for a good sturdy ball to throw for your dogs. They are thick rubber and bounce really well. They also have those cool openings for the teeth cleaning that I really like too. I had to add a good review as these are a great product. My dog just will not run after anything but white rawhides for some reason and she will chew on them a little but doesn’t eat them which is also a good thing. I do recommend these to others though. Thank you!.I got theses for my dog. I was worried about leaving him alone when I returned to work. I hoped that these play / treat toys would help to occupy him while I was away. Not once has my dog gotten into trouble as he has these to keep him busy. I open the little gaps in the ball and push in a small treat, which then takes him a bit of time (each gap) to open and find the treat. I've watched and studied him doing this, he plays and enjoy it so much as he finds and eats his treats. I've only found this special toy on Amazon. Amazon has so, so many options to choose from - my dog actually has a basket full of great, educational, safe and fun toys...all from Amazon! This cute, rubbery dog chew toy was mainly bought to put dry kibble in to dispense. Neither of my dogs have caught on or are interested in them after several attempts. The ball appears very durable and a chewing dog should love the action of the rubber spikes. My dogs, a pit bull and lab are not chewers. I took away one star for the way it holds kibble. It is difficult for them to get the pieces out so my dogs quickly lost interest. For cleaning teeth, I think it would work well for chewers. It has a good rubbery feel that some dogs should enjoy. Without destroying. For dispensing kibble, it flunks. It has a soft rubbery texture to allow it to be thrown gently in a home without damaging anything such as walls or floors.
