It is just a matter of directions, and it's pretty easy to figure out.Our elf brought this and put it in place where the tree goes. My son is obbssed with pop its and got a kick out of it. It goes together nicely and comes apart with ease. and the pops work as they should. I would buy this again but feel 15$ was a little high for what they are but this was certainly unique and if your kid is obsessed like mine this was a cool add to the collection. If I had to complain it would be when it first was opened it had a strange oder which went away after a few days.
