Ordered XL (my regular size) and it fits well. The strap length is long enough so that the bottom point of the triangle of the T-back sits just at the top of the cleft. (A tan with white-space lower down in the cleft can look like you don't know your clothing-size.) Due to the very slightly narrow width of the pouch there is a small bit of side-ball exposure. The size of my boys may be responsible for that, and not necessarily the product. The strap itself is very comfortable. Straps on some brands of thongs have so much material that the strap folds on itself, constantly making you aware of it. Some straps have so little width as to feel floss-like. This Daniel Alexander model fits right in the middle of that range, literally. I forget that I'm wearing it. Speaking of DA, several reviewers of this brand (of other products) mentioned how happy they were that they had found a source whose products were of a consistent quality. I'm starting to feel likewise. It would be nice to have a go-to source for these kinds of swim/underwear. Glad I purchased.Perfect fit , pouch was perfect size...im 6'3" 235 lbs..work out.love the fitI own around 60 thongs and g strings, this is the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. Wow, so comfortable , sexy and the proportions are spot on. I’m well endowed and the pouch was quite accommodating.Comfortable and sexy best ever brand .Navery nice product, fit well, wife likes the lookSince Undergear apparently went out of business I've been trying to find a replacement for the perfectly sized, cut, and material of their Extreme Sheer Thong. Stumbled across Daniel Alexander and gave it a shot.First impression: Almost identical, just a little smaller in the pouch which can lead to side-ball and the associated discomfort that can come from that. The material, however, is very stretchy so I'm not too worried about it but time will tell. It will take a few months to see how the material blend and stitching holds up to wash and wear, but one very cool thing is the label- it's printed on and not a tag that you need to cut off.Hoping that this designer continues to make underwear that follows this simple model of sleek design that doesn't have annoying/giant elastic waistbands that have become popular. One very cool thing is the label- it's printed on and not a tag that needs to be cut off or be generally annoying.Fits very well and looks great!
