Very cute and high-quality garter belt! Bought this for a maid cosplay I am making for a convention. The back has an adjustable set of hooks, kind of like a bra. However, this runs extremely small; I wear a small in panties and I ordered a large after reading reviews. The large is just about the right size for me. My waist and hip measurements are 26” and 36” for reference.
