Note: this story's told to me by my new owner, Major.Hi, my name is Leo, and I belong to Major, a four year old Doberman. In truth however, I am Leo II. While visiting his 18 month old cousin (a 57 variety type pup), my predecessor, Leo the Great, was rudely absconded by said cousin! After three days of her stealthily snatching him while Major wasn't looking and dragging Leo the Great, chomping on him, throwing him in the air, bathing him in puppy slobber, and performing all manner of other puppy play activities, she finally absconded with him for good! While they were packing the car to leave Major's mom put him on top of a tote bag, and that little fiend marched right over, snatched him then ran into her house. At that point Major looked at my mom with an expression that said, "It's OK; if she likes him that much she can have him." But the next day a miracle happened! A friend (Gumby) and I were napping inside this box and were left on Major's front porch! As soon as Major saw me, it was love at first sight; I am here to stay!. So good luck to Leo the Great...he's going to need it!As you can see this is my second order of this soft lion toy which was a 2 for 2 a hit with these dogs. The toy has soft extremities, a moderately firmer body that still compresses and has a squeaker, and a softer face that has a crinkling sound with pressure. The face is embroidered so there are no pieces to come loose which might cause choking. The mane and tail are a soft fabric but are not fuzzy or stringy. The fabric of the body, head, extremities, and tail has a nubby texture that is soft to the touch. After 3 days of vigorous back and forth playing the lion remained intact with no threads pulled, holes, or tears. All in all this toy has been a great success and if Leo II fulfills his destiny, I will gladly invest in Leo III.Top 3 Likes:-Simply a great dog stuffed toy...bright, cute, entertaining-Sturdy and substantial yet lightweight enough to be carried for long periods of time-Both crinkle sound and squeaker are relatively pleasant sounding and functionalTop 3 Dislikes:-More squeakers would be nice-Not washable-Legs and arms are a bit thin
