This is perfect for me. I had only used a 2.5in long urethral plug before so this was my next step towards deep sounding. This device came with perfect craftmanship: smooth edges, clean surface finish and no sharp edges. It is heavy enough that it slides down the shaft with its own weight. the ribs really help increase the feeling and also help to keep the lube in. Remember to use enough lube folks!. the tip was small enough that it trained my urethra to open smoothly but round enough that never felt painful.
